Yes. We offer guaranteed turnaround times and should we fail to meet them (unless it is for external  reasons beyond our control), we will not charge you for that assignment.

Yes. All of our services have fixed fees. These are clearly shown on the order form which is signed at the commencement of all assignments so you know exactly what the fee will be and when it will be payable.
